The terms and conditions of employment included below concern: * Individual Collective Agreement provisions declared universally binding which, according to the parties in the branch of industry concerned, can be designated as core provisions within the meaning of the European Union Posting of WorkersDirective, or * The applicable, integral Collective Agreement in which the core provisions that must be applied with respect to foreign workers posted in the Netherlands for a limited period have been specified.
